Digitalisation is hard but can make many things easier if done right, especially when talking about government services. What's necessary is transparecy, possibilities of intervention, security, separation of information power and interoperability. What is to prevent is national identifiers and opaque data handling. The German government decided to do exactly the opposite: the necessities are ignored and the national identifier is coming. In this presentation we will talk about the Registermodernisierungsgesetz the Online-Zugangsgesetz and the digitalisation of family services.
