Flakes is an upcoming in the nix package manager. It allows you to specify your code's dependencies (e.g. remote Git repositories) in a declarative way, simply by listing them inside a flake.nix file. In this talk we will give an introduction on how to get started with flakes for your own project and/or NixOS configuration.
