We hack DNA sequencers in pursuit of a lower cost of sequencing. Examine different DNA sequencers under the microscope, and find their vulnerabilities, which allow corporations to make billions. We are looking for information in patents. Sawing chips under a microscope. We develop our own device and throw it into the trash. We find it there and make a pH microscope out of it to study cell metabolism. We pounce on the nanopore and find vulnerabilities in the software for planting new pores. We plant proteins in the holes. Copying the nanopore sequencer. We regenerate nanopores.
Recording got mangled up, here's a post by him on the subject: https://habr.com/en/post/405703/
