"Absent~" it’s the record of an audiovisual performance using real-time streams from surveillance cameras around the world, in counterpoint to texts from "The Electronic Revolution" by William Burroughs. Through a quasi-random journey, we experience the possibilities of meaning that emerge in the dialogue between the private and the public images. we experiment with the screens, cameras, words and sounds of a digital horizon in which we delegate our gaze to the algorithms, many times without knowing it.
