RELATING THROUGH WILD IMAGINATION

Who do you think I am? In this session we explore the possibilities of true encounter in digital formats. We will learn methods on how to evolve from a two dimensional avatar to a complex personality.

To do this, we learn to take an imaginative look behind the pixels. Starting from the flat image that is presented to us in video communication, we are opening up more and more facets of our counterpart, using imagination to add meaning to what we see. Post-Truth Age from its most playful and loving side! Everything we can notice on the screen (objects, clothes, body parts and any kind of physical action) can serve as an anchor in this journey on the vast open sea of possibilities: What does your woodchip wallpaper tell you about your life that you didn't even suspect yourself? Which story is revealed by that strangely shaved eyebrow of your chat partner? And - attention, next level! - which bodily sensations and emotions do arise in you while the web of imagination continues to unwind? The power of fantasy is a paradox force: It could not enchant us if it did not always touch a piece of truth in its very own way.
