Fog Puma is always exploring the outer edges of dance music, especially of leftfield or cosmic disco. His dj sets are percussive, tribal, dubby, psychedelic (in a more minimalistic way) and driving relaxed in slower to mid tempo areas.

Fog Puma, who found his name while watching a surrealistic Gunvor Nelson and Dorothy Wiley film in a former sailor tavern in Lisbon, is always exploring the outer edges of leftfield or cosmic disco. His dj sets are percussive, tribal, dubby, psychedelic (in a more minimalistic way) and driving relaxed in slower to mid tempo areas. You can clearly hear his interest in new wave, synth pop, and cosmic, with a big touch of african and south american rhythms.

He is currently hosting the Mystic Moods nights at Berlin's rooftop adventure garden Klunkerkranich, where shared the stage with M.Rux, Don't DJ, Nu Guinea, Spatz Habibi, Kundan Lal, Len Leise or Islandman, among others. Since 2008, he is presenting the Abendlandung radio show on underground radio station Piradio, where he shares his musical discoveries: everything old and new between ambient, soundtracks, avant garde, minimal music, post punk, downbeat, lysergica, outsider music, strange choirs, and other unusual sounds.

Fog Puma, der zu seinem Namen fand, als er in einer ehemaligen Seemanskneipe in Lissabon einen surrealistischen film von Gunvor Nelson und Dorothy Wiley anschaute, erforscht immer weiter die äußeren Ränder von Leftfield- und Cosmic-Disco. Seine Dj-sets sind bevorzugt perkussiv, tribal, dubbig, psychedelisch (auf aber eher minimalistische Art), und treiben entspannt in langsameren bis mittleren Geschwindigkeiten. Man kann klar sein Interesse an New Wave, Synth Pop und Cosmic heraushören, gewürzt mit einer guten Portion afrikanischer und südamerikanischer Rhythmen.

Zur Zeit hostet er die Mystic-Moods-Reihe in Berlins Parkhausdach-Abenteuergarten Klunkerkranich. Dort stand er unter anderem neben M.Rux, Don't DJ, Nu Guinea, Spatz Habibi, Kundan Lal, Len Leise, und Islandman auf der Bühne. Seit 2008 präsentiert er auf dem Berliner Underground-Sender Piradio die Abendlandung, in der er seine musikalischen Entdeckungen teilt: alles Alte und Neue zwischen Ambient, Soundtracks, Avantgarde, Minimal Music, Postpunk, Downbeat, Lysergica, Outsider Music, merkwürdigen Chören, und anderen ungewöhnlichen Klängen.
